Ad Mundo Exteriore,

It's all Tin's fault. After she posted that link to J-drama BT downloads page, I've been watching Hero and Meteor Garden while I should be doing homework. ::yawns:: Boy, am I sleepy. Anyway, Kuryu-san is inspiring in a subtle way that avoids any sappiness and almost (just almost) makes me think that lawyers have a worthwhile profession after all. I really do love the writer for this show--everything from the humor to the character dynamics is done so gently and so kindly as if the writer really loved all the characters and their idiosyncrasies. I want more series like this! ^_^

Oh, and as for Meteor Garden, the F4 are pretty hideous in my opinion, and I have no idea why oniichan likes Daoming Si so much. Huaze Lei is tolerable but gets on my nerves simply because I never liked Rui much in the manga. On the other hand, I definitely like Shancai more than Tsukushi. Hm...why is that? The F4 actors are all terrible at acting, and the opulence of their lives was much more impressive when left to the imagination (that fancy party that Shancai gets tricked into going to looks no better than a cafeteria). Still, I have to admit I'm enjoying the series in a guilty sort of way.

::yawns:: I'm so sleepy. I walked all the way to 20 Garden Street today, and I realized yet again how large this campus is and how much of Cambridge is owned by Harvard or adjacent to Harvard properties. Which reminds me...why the heck can't the UC cough up more money for student activities?

Ad Mundo Exteriore,

Mwahahaha! I escaped the Crimson Room! It took me at least thirty minutes to figure it out. >_< The link is courtesy of [livejournal.com profile] gblake. That was fun, actually--kind of like Myst except less confusing and less frightening (all right, the soundtrack for Myst scared me out of my mind, and the bloodstains on the floor of that torture chamber place in the Mechanical Age basically stopped me from continuing the game ::shudders::). Oh, and the graphics were (obviously) much simpler. Go play it! And remember...patience is your friend.

This means that I spent the last thirty minutes playing a Flash game instead of doing my chemistry reading. Uh, oops?
