Ad Mundo Exteriore,
I'm sick. I went to sleep at nine last night, thinking I just needed a short nap before finishing up on readings, but I only woke up twice to answer my mother's phone call and to turn off the computer, then slept straight until nine-thirty this morning. My throat felt awful but I thought it was just changes in humidity, until my father called this morning and all I could manage was a bad rasp. My voice cleared up, but my throat still hurts and my sinus passages from my nose to my inner ears are all swollen and itchy and I keep sneezing and blowing my nose. I took some Sudafed which allowed me to ignore the symptoms for a while but now I'm also drowsy and just the slightest bit nauseous. Stupid immune system--it held out through the winter and through the brief cold epidemic a few weeks ago, only to succumb now on the threshold of summer. How utterly ridiculous.
Anyway, just wanted to moan and whine at someone. I'm going to try my best not to fall asleep until nine o' clock tonight and finish all the chemistry readings for this week.

aetherangelette? I was on AIM all day yesterday--well, sort of, I was on Away because I didn't want to get distracted by, ahem, certain anime graphics people--and you never came online. ;_; Oh wait, is it final season already? Why is Harvard's schedule incompatible with the rest of the world?
