Ad Mundo Exteriore,
I want everyone to know that I found my unprocessed wheat germ! Finally! After Lydia and I trampled the sidewalks between 96th and 86th, walking into every grocery and health food store in the area and asking for untoasted wheat germ, I came home, where my mother took me to the local GNC, and we found it! ::very much relieved:: I was so stressed about it too. Sheesh.
I think there's a run-on somewhere up there. Oh well. I don't care. ::collective gasp from oniichan and oneechan::
Why did I need wheat germ? Because the Science Club tomorrow is going to precipitate DNA and we need some cellular material from which DNA can be extracted.
Unfortunately, due to the HUNS selection process, I will not actually be there to see the demonstration. I went to all this trouble to get all the materials, and I miss out on the actual fun part of the demo. Argh. But since half the younger Science Club members are applying to HUNS, they should not complain about me "neglecting my duties." Hmph.
I know, if you don't go to the Psychological Testing Facility, you have no idea what I'm talking about. (Heck, even if you do attend, you still probably don't know what I'm talking about.) But Lyd-chan! This does not give you an excuse to skip Science Club. You will go or I'll hunt you down afterwards.
