AAAHHHHH! I just watched Advent Children! Oh my gosh! ::incoherent shrieking:: The action scenes! The flawless CG!The pretty boys!
All right, I've never played Final Fantasy 7 so I only have the vaguest idea of what the backstory behind the movie was, but nonetheless I am thoroughly impressed. (Gah! The choreography of the fighting! Fabulous!) AAHHHHHH! If I knew Final Fantasy had such a cool storyline, I would have tried to learn how to play video games sooner.
In honor of the release, I'm putting up a link to the Winamp skin I made for Cloud over a year ago using screencaps from the trailer. Wow, has it really been that long? O_O

sub_divided so kindly sent me by mail. It took me a long time because I was on my iBook over the summer, which only has 128 MB RAM and likes to freeze every twenty seconds--yes, freeze, even though it's a Mac. -_- (Plus, there was lab and insane amounts of writing and all that jazz. I've fallen out of the habit of marathoning anime...sad, isn't it?) I managed to finish the first four episodes on the iBook, then finally went home and watched the rest on the desktop. Ever since, I've been rereading all the Twelve Kingdoms fic ever posted on my friends list because...I actually know what's going on now! ^_^ Have been trying to download the rest of the episodes since now my desktop is (1) connected to the Internet and (2) has more free space than it knows what to do with, but BT has been...uncooperative. -_- Ah well, I'll just have to try it again, or attempt IRC (erk!). The question of the week: will Tari manage to download and watch all of the remaining episodes before classes start? Let's hope so.
Post-post-script: I also downloaded the first four episodes of Legend of Galactic Heroes. >_> Clearly, I'm in denial about this whole "classes start next week" business. (Not to mention the GRE subject test!) I just hope I'll be too lazy to download any more files until the next available break. Ah, inertia, thou art an unlikely friend in the face of perilous temptation...don't mind me.

The novels are not translated sadly. I think there were some scans lying aroound before not too sure. But if you can get your hands on the hardcopy of the novels...XD
