(Brief suspension of hiatus.) Well, as you all know by now,![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
silvermuse89 and I spent all day yesterday posting the 83(!) fics that were submitted to the second round of ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
blind_go. Of course, I had a cold to begin with so it's not as if I intended on doing anything else yesterday. My parents finally succeeded in kicking me off the computer (so they could watch their dramas online) by the end of the afternoon, but silvermuse89 was kind enough to finish without me, which is why she deserves all your love and applause. Go tell her how awesome she is!
1. The level of crack in this round just about killed me with laughter. (To whoever wrote the Pokémon crossover: you broke my brain but I love you nonetheless.) The number of crossovers, period, was awesome, and I haven't even read the last 15 or so fics.
2. Those of you who wanted more smut in this round got your wishes granted. (Although I hope I never have to relive the experience of being in the same room with my parents while formatting graphic sex scenes.)
3. Since several people have asked: I have finals in January so I don't intend, in fact, on systematically trying to guess everyone for this round, though rest assured I will be making some sort of attempt. Yes, that means no insane punctuation chart. (Besides, you all know my methods now, so I'll have to resort to other features of writing style to figure people out.) But as usual, I won't know who's who for sure until the guessing ends like everyone else, and I'm dying of curiosity. ^_^
4. Yes, the next round will be long!fic. ::grins::
For those of you who were unable to submit for whatever reason (time constraints, word count limits, etc.), please do share your stories onkifu_archive. I say that because dijeron posted Lifelong Grudge, a Gokiso introspective, and it's amazing. I suspect the rest of you also have amazing fics hidden in your hard drives so out with them so we can enjoy them all. ^_^

Post-script: Oh, since people are getting their Christmas cards, I might as well say that yes, the cards contain (badly) handwritten drabbles. Because I'm not that creative, I only wrote four drabbles for four different fandoms (Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Hikaru no Go, Prince of Tennis and Rurouni Kenshin). Anyway, they will be posted here when everyone's gotten their cards (or when I'm sure that the postal service has lost them forever).

It's mostly gradients for the colours, but those are the average ones used. Eheh, I totally forgot about the preset colour themes...>_
