Ad Mundo Exteriore,

Now I know why the HIR manages to be pretty successful at soliciting articles. I mean, it's probably more difficult for us than, say, The Economist, but when you consider the magazine is run entirely by undergraduates, it's pretty amazing what we manage to put out. But when you consider that nearly any academic of stature in the international community has either earned a degree here or served as a fellow at the KSG or the law school...-_-

I'm putting together a symposium proposal instead of studying for my biology midterm, and I'm having the time of my life. I think once I finish my comp, I'll avoid writing articles and do these proposals instead. It's so much fun, tracking down names and looking up biographies. ^_^ I also seem to have a pretty good sense of timing--there's going to be a UN treaty-signing conference on my particular topic this week. ^_^
