Ad Mundo Exteriore,
Mother's annoyed that I've been snapping at her. Though it's more of me being annoyed and lashing out rather than me actually wanting to be disrespectful. Still, am feeling guilty. Sometimes I wish lightning had struck Confucius before he uttered his Analects...
I typed in New York as location on Moviefone, and apparently there's a New York, Kentucky, a New York, Texas, a New York, Missouri...This is very, very disturbing. O_O Especially to an arrogant Caput Mundi inhabitant who most heartily shares in the New York-centric view of the universe.
So, went to Labyrinth Books for the first time today. Very...er...bland and modern. But they had a properly snobbish collection, plus a lot of textbooks that seemed rather interesting. Note to self: visit again soon. Across the street, there was a Bank Street Bookstore, which sold children's books exclusively. Apparently, there is a sequel to Tamora Pierce's The Circle Opens series. O_O Which reminds me, Ella Enchanted is being made into a movie that is coming out this summer. I don't expect it to be a particularly good movie, but Cary Elwes is playing a part, which is sort of fnxoopy.
Urgh. I have a headache from trying not to tell Mother to leave me alone for a few minutes. I think I'm going to go browse FF.net, a surefire way to increase any migraine to the point of cruel and unusual self-inflicted punishment.
