Ad Mundo Exteriore,
Sorry for the multiple posts today. I just came home to a whole packet full of mail from Harvard. I now have a college email address! ::cheers:: An end to MSN spam and 2.0 MB inbox limits! I'm keeping it for strictly non-fandom, non-Society email though. (Which rules out most of my friends list, unless they're emailing me about real life business.) I also have a strange blip in my term bill, and I'm quite annoyed because I'm supposed to pay up by August 4. Which means eleven days to fix the blip and figure out how exactly I can avoid paying for health insurance (thus cutting off about $600 from my bill). I also have to decide where I want to go for a trip during freshman orientation week. I think my first choice is going to be "Bookstores in Cambridge and Boston", which will be led by an "antiquarian enthusiast". Hey, I have a weakness for yellowing paper and leatherbound covers. ::sighs and hugs her used copy of Jean-Christophe::
I should probably read all that information in the Freshman Guide and the academic pamphlets, but I'm going to properly look through my friends list, by filter if necessary, while I wait for the Harvard servers to activate my web email.
In other news, by some miracle, absolute raving miracle, I've gotten a 5 on AP Physics Mechanics and a 4 on AP Physics Electricity & Magnetism. No, I don't know how that's possible because I left half the long-answer questions blank. (I also got a 4 on AP French Language, which is about expected, if a little annoying.) So there, I officially qualify for Advanced Standing and then some. Mwahahahahaha. ::sees fellow schoolmates glare at her for gloating:: Oh, come on! I'm so relieved to have survived AP Physics. And yeah, yeah, all of you may have said, "I told you so" but then you weren't in my class, were you? The only person who went into that test confidently was Marius. And I'm not even certain about that. Hmph.
