Ad Mundo Exteriore,
My TF for Rome of Augustus, who also happens to be my proctor, sent an amusing email to the section a few days ago. I quote, or rather copy-paste:
"If you are citing a book you have used, then you would cite in this format:
AUTHOR, TITLE, PUBLICATION DATE, PAGE NUMBER.
eg. Harry Potter, Magic and Me, 1978, p.13.
If citing an article, you should use this format:
AUTHOR, ARTICLE TITLE, JOURNAL NAME, DATE OF ISSUE, PAGE NUMBER.
eg. Hermione Granger, Deconstructing Harry: A Wizard's Tale, Enchantment Weekly, vol. XVI, 2002, p. 27."
Hermione definitely would write a book like that. ^_^
