I think perhaps I should explain that this skin is actually my entry for a private "contest" with oniichan. Angelette had two matching pictures of Kanone and Eyes with black wings, and we came up with the challenge where we had to use a very "techy" style to skin these very "soft" images. Oniichan claimed the Kanone picture, and I took the Eyes. I've attempted to "harden" the base image a little so it matches the style, but who knows how successful it will be? Oniichan, being more industrious than I am, actually finished her entry, and you can see it at Have Faith, on the New Skins page.

This skin is not going to be easy. >_<

Very nice! I'm certainly looking forward to it! ^___^ Yup, I can see that it's certainly going to be a lot of work. Anyway, it's worth it!

Hm... but if you *really* want to achieve a techy look, maybe it would help if you also use a techy font? Not that's anything wrong with Times New Roman but I think something more futuristic might enhance the style of the skin. Just an idea, though (but then, I'm all for techy skins and fonts so maybe I'm biased... ^^). It looks great as it is ^_^.

I should probably use a techy font, but I'm also trying (unsuccessfully) coordinate it with Angelette's Kanone skin, which is already finished and uses Times.

But I like techy fonts too! I'll definitely put in a nice techy font for my next skin...whichever one that may be..
