I was so exhausted this morning. I was half-asleep while checking over my Korean midterm (I found I made some really hilarious mistakes, like writing ㅈ instead of ㅊ), half-dozing during math class, and really asleep during biology. I walked like a zombie. I could literally feel the skin beneath my eyes sagging into dark bags.
After taking a nap that was about an hour longer than I planned, I feel refreshed and a little hungry. I really needed that. I also really needed to start writing my HGDRP module. But no matter. I can stay up late again tonight and continue the spiral down into slovenly living habits.
Oh, and I've been meaning to post this for a while. I'm sure most Naruto fans already knew about this, but in case you didn't...

"Toad, serpent, bird, spider, and snail magic were the principal types of magic practiced by thaumaturges in old Japan. They were supposed to be incompatible with each other, but in this story, at least, love found a way.
"All this is recounted in a serial novel titled Jiraiya Goketsu Monogatari (The Tale of the Gallant Jiraiya) written by different hands and published in 43 installments from 1839 to 1868. Kunisada, among others, provided the illustrations. The playwright Kawatake Mokuami composed a drama based on the first ten parts of the novel, which was produced, under the same title, at the Kawarasaki Theater in Edo in the 7th month of 1852 with Ichikawa Danjuro VIII in the leading role."
Interesting, neh? I think we need some Edo era AU fics for Naruto. (The site was on ukiyo-e prints, so I'm assuming that this Jiraiya Goketsu Monogatari is set during that time. I'm probably wrong about that. In any case, I mean, AU fics set during whatever era in which the monogatari is supposed to take place.)
