Ad Mundo Exteriore,
I'm back! Currently trying to figure out the most elegant way of folding these palm leaves into a cross. (Yes, it's Palm Sunday, for those of you who are out of the loop.) Oh yes, and currently also looking over the math problem sets, with a sinking feeling that this homework's going to take longer than I expected.
I also need to finish the Yuki wallpaper, but there seems to be a dearth of artistic inspiration among the Have Faith staff. (Except for Bambi-chan, who just keeps creating these gorgeous walls, while Angelette and I look the other direction and whistle. "Bambi-chan", by the way, is our private nickname for Bamb0o-Stick because it's too much effort typing out Bamb0o-Stick all the time. We've never actually called him that where he could see or hear it though. ^_^)
However, while I was languidly tracing out the isomers of octane over Spring Break, I also planned out a layout for a Falsificatio site (which may or may not go up by mid-April, although I hope to make the May deadline at the very least), and now I want to work on that instead of Have Faith updates. >_< I even came up with a title for the fake series...now all I need are the character names and I could probably code everything in the next four hours.
Hm, David B., who is the current co-president in charge of my beloved Science Club, has just startled me out of my mind by calling me at my dorm phone number. He's apparently already making the Boston-Cambridge college tour and will be visiting my chemistry class tomorrow, since I gather he's staying with Jonathan. It would be interesting if I shocked him completely by falling asleep during lecture, as I often do, but there's little chance of that happening when I've slept my way through Spring Break. ^_^ How precocious these juniors are, making their college visits already! (And little do they know that the visits only make you uncertain of what you really want in a college since each tour leaves you feeling deeply dissatisfied or confused...well, at least in my limited experience of having visited Princeton, Columbia, Harvard and MIT. Note that I never actually got around to applying to the first two.)
That reminds me, I should email Mr. Randolph. >_>
All right, to homework! I've decided to try scheduling in my hours for procrastination/distraction, and my next interlude of Internet time won't come until nine. This trick, like many others, will fail miserably, but it's the attempt that matters, I tell you.
